Our History

''The Historical Kocamustafapaşa Pickles'', was founded by Mustafa Bozok in the 1890s. Continuing the family business after the death of his uncle Mustafa Bozok, Turşucu (Pickle Maker) Hüseyin ran the same pickle store for 60 years, with pickles which he made in oak barrels.

The third generation, wishing to continue the family business, opened up to the world with a vision of producing the best pickles by combining modern equipment and traditional processes in the Orhangazi district of Bursa. It develops on global pickles such as mango pickles and sauerkraut, as well as traditional flavors such as pickled sour grapes and caper, which were popular in the Ottoman period but are about to be forgotten today.

Our Factory

The pickles produced in our factory located in Marzim, Orhangazi district of Bursa, are produced without preservatives, colorants and completely under hygienic conditions, with R & D studies and supported by scientific articles.

In addition to the presence of beneficial bacteria in our pickles made with the traditional fermentation method, production is made at lower salt content suitable for European and US standards.
